Product Support Engineer
Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan

Responsibilities

• Provide both pre- and post-sales product technical support
• Provide product technical presentation and training for customers and partners
• Provide product operation technical assistance to the local team
• Some project management and product management

Requirements

• At least 1 year of network product support and integration experience
• Must be familiar with 802.11 related protocols
• Basic web services, PBX and location-based knowledge is a plus
• A 4-year college computer-related degree is a plus
